Mexian superstar and absolute hero of comedy, Omar Chaparro has made waves by announcing a U.S. trek called "SOY OMAR CHAPARRO TOUR." He's visitin' 11 cities across the nation, kicking things off in Houston, Texas, at the iconic Bayou Music Center on Sept 8th making his way through California, Georgia, Arizona, Denver, and then closing things off in San Jose, CA, at the San Jose Center for the Performing Arts. Known for thrilling audiences with his quick wit, on point timing, and hilarious jokes, he is going to take audiences on a wild ride of fun. The comedian is a multilayered Swiss army knife with abilities as a TV host, actor, and singer, and celebrating his Mexican and American cultures, he's got a feature filled event for showgoers to enjoy!!!
Chapparo, now 50, was born in Chihuahua, Mexico. He seems to have done it all, and now he is expanding his reach to do even more. He has been the go to host for many Spanish-language TV shows such as" ¡Nailed it! México," "Sabadazo," and more recently, the host of the 4th season of "¿Quién es la máscara?." He is best known, however, for the Mexican TV series La Fea Más Bella.
He's also conquered film since way back in '04 when he played the role of "Chuy" in "Puños Rosas." He carried on performing in film all the way through to 2022 with his part as Jero in the Mexican romcom, "¿Y cómo es él?." We haven't even mentioned his role in the Pokémon franchise spinoff Detective Pikachu as Sebastian.
