With a new song “hometown” giving a taste of his upcoming release, the track shares the signature Zucker sound with his clean vocals, lush production, and emotional strings that pull you in. Get ready to enter the garden state. With a new album coming out this August, JEREMY ZUCKER is coming through with a new era that’ll take you back to his ‘hometown.’ Known for his deeply-personal lyrical tales and emotional hooks, the “Comethru,” “You Were Good to Me,” and “All the Kids Are Depressed” hitmaker is coming back to his heart in its purest form. One single out, “hometown” encapsulates what fans can expect from his new record — the return of his signature sound characterized by simplicity, smooth vocals, and emotional hooks that send a tear to your eye. Kicking off the tour this fall, get ready to feel the waves of this new & exciting era.
Back in 2015, Zucker released his debut EP “Beach Island” featuring his breakout single “Bout It” with Daniel James and Benjamin O. From then on, he’s stepped out of his bounds by making music that resonates with people’s hearts. In 2017, his song “Heavy” was remixed by Blackbear to become “Make Daddy Proud” as part of his third studio album. 2018 and 2019 marked the biggest highlights of his career. His EPs “Glisten,” “Summer,” and “Brent” served his most successful Platinum-certified singles — “All the Kids Are Depressed,” “Comethru,” and “You Were Good to Me.”
As always, he kept his non-stop EP releases coming — plenty of new music for fans to enjoy. His newest song “Hometown” shares a preview of what his third studio album is going to be like. A track that faces resentment and tangled emotions of leaving behind their past, it’s an ode to the highs and lows of leaving his New Jersey home. Finding peace with childhood memories, he juggles those feelings by looking at them in a new light.
“It’s all about how I never quite felt at home, how I had to leave to find myself and how coming backmade it all make sense,” said Zucker. “There’s a lot in here that I’ve never touched on in my music. I’m not the same person I was when I started this journey, and I’m genuinely honored to be able to share it with you all.”
With a new era looming in, everyone’s in for a wild ride through memories of the past, challenges of the present, and hope for the future. Taking you back to his ‘hometown,’ Zuker’s music feels like a warm embrace, that sense of closure that every soul longs for. On stage, feel this special energy resonate with every heart as you sing along and shed a tear.
Coming to LA, he’s got an intimate night scheduled at The Wiltern for October 25th. The venue’s majestic hall sure is a perfect fit to his album’s theme. Audiences will be in awe as his smooth vocals fill the air with emotional melodic tales.
The venue’s state-of-the-art lights & sound systems make it an ideal concert venue for all sorts of shows. Located right in the heart of the city, there’s tons of food & drink spots for the perfect night out.
