Flatbush Zombies is ready to deliver countless amazing hits this fall for their BetterOffDead Tour. The trek, which kicks off in November, will drop by Los Angeles for its second stop. LA fans are known for their love of hip-hop music, so if you are keen on catching the trio at the Wiltern. You better get a move on those tickets. This fall, the tour celebrates the tenth anniversary of Flatbush Zombies’ 2013 mixtape, BetterOffDead. The highly-acclaimed work spawned the incredible singles “Palm Trees,” “222,” “MRAZ,” and more. Since the series of gigs this November celebrates the album’s anniversary, fans can anticipate Flatbush Zombies to perform many (if not all) of the tracks with the mixtape. The 19-track record established the trio as a prolific force in the East Coast Hip-hop movement. It is also one of their solidifying efforts as a group following their debut mixtape, D.R.U.G.S., released in 2012.
Besides songs from BetterOffDead, fans can also anticipate Flatbush Zombies to cover some of their career-spanning hits from their studio albums, 3001: A Laced Odyssey and Vacation in Hell. Released in 2016, 3001:A Laced Odyssey made waves on the Billboard charts, peaking at number 10 on the Billboard 200 and number 2 on the R&B and Rap Albums charts. The record also entered the charts in eight other countries, making it a phenomenon international hit.
Two years after their debut album, Flatbush Zombies dropped their latest effort, Vacation in Hell, which also performed incredibly well on the charts. The 2018 effort spawned several notable hits, including “Headstone,” “Vacation,” and “U&I.” Fans can definitely expect the trio to cover some outstanding tracks from their studio albums, as well as non-album singles.
