Big Wild is calling everyone up for a huge party on the road. This year, he's kicking off 'The Wild Child Tour' following his 2022 album "The Efferusphere". After wild nights on the road over the last years, the "When I Get There" star is at it again... sharing impactful nights of hard-hitting music on stage. With big chapters up in his career, the electronic producer, songwriter, vocalist and sound engineer is driven to keep sharing the love at his live shows.
The man behind the 'Big Wild' moniker is the amazing Jackson Stell. On stage, this fellas switches between instruments - from drum pads, keyboards, synths, and leading vocals, showing his true mastery of music. From starting out as "J Beatz" producing hip-hop tracks to making the switch to electronic music, the man's passion always shined. In 2015, he toured with Odesza following the first wave of his Big Wild era. He dropped his breakout single "Aftergold" feat. Tove Stryke, shooting up his career for years to come.
Today, we have a couple of all-time fan favorites such as "Heaven", "6's to 9's", "Red Sun", "Purple Sand (My Home)", and many more.
In 2019, Stell released "Superdream" which was his first full-length album. It marked hus debut as Big Wild as the lead vocalist & songwriter for the first time. With hints of pop, indie, and disco in his electronica base. The man has shared that he was "inspired by a need to create music that was a greater reflection of who I am now." Singing tales about his personal experience, it's his life story morphed into amazing electronic anthems.
In 2022, Big Wild released his sophomore album "Efferusphere." Serving up wild emotions, visuals, and euphoric vibes in the albvum, critics and fans have seen how he has poured his heart once again.
"It’s hard to believe that 3 years of work and personal growth led me to create 45 minutes of music," Stell shared.
Sharing tracks that bring people back to introspection and discovering deeper meanings in life, it's an album that has a lot to unpack. With alternative, psychedelic rock, and indie influences, it sure is a work of art. Taking listeners through an immersive experience of his world & life story, Stell goes beyond what's seen and heard.
