About Orcherstra Noir

The ensemble was founded in 2016, led by Maestro Jason Ikeem Rodgers. Rooted in the purpose of celebrating African-American cultural achievements in music, they cover a wide range of genres, including classical, jaxx, R&B, hip-hop, and blues. Rising fast in the scene, they've become one of the most talked-about orchestras in America, serving up diverse music in the most spectacular way possible. 

Beyond performing their own sets across the nation, they've collaborated with some of the world's biggest hip-hop stars, including Migos, 2 Chainz, Trick Daddy, Bryan-Michael Cox, Trina, and more. 

Featured in the likes of Rolling Stone, Atlanta Magazine, CBS, and more publications, they've been largely recognized for their fantastic work and relentless passion for classical strings in this modern day. Having worked on projects with Lionsgate, Atlantic Records, BET, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, and more, they've defnitely worked hard in proving that they can achieve even greater things.

The only was is up, and Orchestra Noir isn't settling because they've shown that they keep on working on new and great things. With sold-out performances across the country, they've also made history as the first orchestra from the U.S. to present Red Bull Symphonic.
