The wolves are on the move across North America this summer, and will be howling out, live and very, very loud! The question is - will you be there to experience it in person?
It’s been exactly twenty years since Sydney hard rock icons Wolfmother’s self-titled debut-album knocked the musical world off its axis with its originality, potent sounds, and high-octane music. The album is, to date, Wolfmother’s most successful LP, boasting face-melters such as Woman, Joker & The Thief, Mind’s Eye, Dimension, Love Train, and White Unicorn, gaining the three-piece band international recognition. Apart from landing up on rotation in every hard rock-lover’s home and car, and catapulting to the top of charts everywhere, the album also received multiple awards, including a J Award, an ARIA Award, and a Grammy Award among many others.
It’s just fitting that Wolfmother will be setting out on a massive tour, cranking it up to 11. The 20th Anniversary Tour is slated to kick off in early June 2026 in Austin, Texas, rolling into 21 more major venues before wrapping up in mid-July 2026 in San Diego, California. The tour will see the wolf-pack perform their self-titled debut album from start to finish - live, and insanely loud!
Even though Wolfmother went through plenty of changes over the past twenty years, the constants in the band are frontman Andrew Stockdale, originality, and fantastic music. Stockdale, alongside bassist James Wassenaar and drummer Christian Condon are anything but your typical, ordinary band. Their Zeppelin-esque riffs, powerful vocals, high-octane performances, magnetic stage presence, and tight synergy is simply exhilarating, guaranteed to leave their rabid audience foaming at the mouth for more. Apart from that, Wolfmother carries the spirit of Led Zeppelin-meets-Black-Sabbath-meets-Deep-Purple - in other words, their powerful wall of sound is nothing short of absolutely brilliant. Crowd-surfing, mosh pits, frenzied fans - at a Wolfmother gig you’ll get all of that - and way more!
If it’s an unforgettable experience you want - like when Wolfmother is moving through town, The Wiltern is your go-to. Boasting exceptional architecture that will leave your jaw on the ground, top-tier sound and lighting systems that will have you on the edge of your seat, acoustics that will send your ears straight to heaven, and sight-lines that will have you doubting whether what you are seeing is actually real, The 4000-capacity Wiltern ticks all the boxes for a night that will have you buzzing for a long time afterwards.
So go on, get your tickets now - we know you want to!
