This tour that DRAMA is on is again meant to promote their latest release. From what we know about their newest tracks, it seems like they've figured that if something works, why fix it? They're spot on because the combination of Via Rosa's songwriting and incredible vocals blends perfectly with Na'el Shehade's beats. Most of these efforts that are heavy on, let's say, "percussion" for lack of a better term, and vocals tend to lean toward the dream pop genre. That's not at all what you're getting with DRAMA. They've been able to truly carve their own lane. That's a term that gets thrown around a ton, but it's rarely true. In this case, it fits the duo like a glove!       

A Dance Party With Deep Musical Moments With DRAMA 

That's pretty much what you're in for when these two take the stage. That's why it can be worth it to come out to The Wiltern to catch them live, even if their tracks aren't regulars on your playlists. Having said this, it wouldn't hurt to add "You've Done Enough", "Dark Rain," or any of the new songs that pop up from the "Platonic Romance" album to your regular listening habits. Those can get you in the right groove for when you set foot inside The Wiltern once March 7th comes along.  

Navigating The Wiltern Theater for the Night

We're getting the dance party set up for this one that actually involves removing most of the seats from the theater. There's a pit area right next to the stage and a GA standing room section behind that. You'll have that dance party vibe in either of the two sections. Anyone who's worried about being on their feet the entire night could do well to look for a spot on one of the upper levels.
